Why this matters for nonprofit merch

Nonprofit merch programs work on a different rhythm than retail. The merch supports specific campaigns — annual fundraising walks, awareness months, volunteer events, donor-recognition pushes. The low-MOQ floor fits each of these without forcing the development team to commit to inventory that has to sell over the next two years.

What we run

Fundraising and awareness campaigns

Capsule tees, hats, and totes tied to a specific campaign or awareness window. Sold to supporters, given to donors above a threshold, or used as event-walk apparel.

Volunteer and event-day apparel

Tees and hats for volunteers at events, build days, walks, runs, and community-service days. Branded so the organization's presence is visible at the event.

The brand-stack finish

Every order ships with the same four-touchpoint private-label treatment — branded neck label, care/side label, decoration matched to the fabric, and packaging that does some work in the unboxing. Read the longer explanation on what private-label means or how the neck-label options work.

Common questions

What's the minimum order for nonprofit merch?

Low minimums per style and color. Common awareness-campaign run: 40 tees in two colors (so two SKUs, 80 pieces), plus 40 awareness-color hats.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing or discounts?

We don't run a separate nonprofit price list — our standard pricing is already structured for run-size economics rather than retail-margin economics, so the per-piece numbers are competitive for fundraising-merch use cases. We do extend net-30 invoicing on request, which helps when the merch funds the campaign that funds the merch.

Can we drop-ship pieces directly to donors as part of a giving-tier reward?

Bulk fulfilment to one address is the standard. Per-donor drop-shipping (one piece per donor address) is technically possible but adds significant per-shipment cost — we usually recommend bulk delivery to the org and then internal fulfilment, unless the donor count is small.

Are there restrictions on the artwork?

Per our acceptable-use policy, we don't produce artwork that targets a protected class with hatred. Awareness messaging, ribbon iconography, in-honor-of language — all welcome. If you're unsure, sales flags any concern on the quote.
