What we offer

Headwear has the highest brand-density of any merchandise category — a logo on a cap is read by everyone in line at the airport. The decoration on a hat needs to look retail, not promo. We run embroidery on structured caps, woven patches on flat-bills, and tonal embroidery on running caps where a quiet brand mark is the right call.

Decoration we recommend

Embroidery for the classic cap brand mark — front-panel logo, side hits, or back-panel script. Woven patches stitched onto flat-bills and 5-panels for a streetwear finish. Sewn appliqué for dimensional, layered marks. We tune stitch density and underlay to the cap fabric so the mark sits flat instead of puckering.

Blanks and fabric

Structured 6-panel caps, dad hats, trucker hats, running caps, beanies. Cotton twill, brushed cotton, performance fabrics on request.

The brand stack

Every order includes the same four-touchpoint private-label finish, even at our low-MOQ floor.

Neck label

Printed neck mark, sewn woven label, or satin loop label — your brand replaces the factory tag.

Care / side label

Fiber, origin, care, and size in a layout that doesn't break the brand finish.

Exterior detail

Decoration matched to the fabric — embroidery, print, woven patch, or appliqué.

Packaging

Sticker seals, insert cards, hangtags. The unboxing reads like the brand made it.

Common questions

What's the minimum order for custom hats?

Low minimums per style and color. Same blank in two colors is two SKUs and 80 pieces total.

Can you do leather patches on caps?

Yes — leather patches (real or vegan) are sewn-on by default, which gives a retail finish that holds up better than heat-applied. Lead time adds about a week vs flat embroidery.

Embroidery vs woven patch — which is better?

Embroidery direct on the cap is faster and cheaper, and is the right call for simple wordmarks and icons. Woven patches handle finer detail (small text, tight color blocks) and give a different visual feel — flatter, more graphic. We can mock up either approach when you submit a quote request.
