What we offer

Hoodies are the highest-volume item we run. Heavyweight fleece holds embroidery beautifully; smooth french terry and lighter midweights take screen print and DTF cleanly. Picking the right blank and the right decoration for that fabric is the difference between a hoodie that feels like the brand and a hoodie that feels like a giveaway.

Decoration we recommend

Embroidery for chest hits and sleeve marks on heavyweight fleece. Screen print for high-contrast graphics on midweight blanks. DTF when the artwork has fine gradients or photographic detail. Puff print for textured statement pieces. Woven patches for retail finish on outerwear-leaning hoodies. We match the method to your fabric and artwork rather than defaulting to whatever's cheapest.

Blanks and fabric

Premium fleece, 420gsm typical. Lighter midweights and french terry available on request.

Care / side label

Fiber, origin, care, and size in a layout that doesn't break the brand finish.

Packaging

Sticker seals, insert cards, hangtags. The unboxing reads like the brand made it.

Common questions

What's the minimum order for custom hoodies?

Low minimums per style and color. A run of 40 black hoodies plus 40 olive hoodies is two SKUs and 80 pieces total.

Which hoodie blank is best for embroidery vs screen print?

Heavyweight fleece (380–420gsm) holds embroidery beautifully — the stitch sits proud and the fabric supports dimensional brand marks. For screen print, lighter midweights (280–340gsm) and french terry give a crisper print with less ink sinking into the loft. We can recommend a blank once we see the artwork and target price.

Can I get printed neck labels on custom hoodies?

Yes — every order includes a private-label neck treatment by default. Choose printed neck mark, sewn woven label, or satin loop label. Care/side labels are sewn in to handle fiber and origin without disrupting the brand finish.
