Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
LowMOQ ("we", "us", "our") operates lowmoq.shop and provides private-label custom merchandise services. Contact: sales@lowmoq.shop.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, project details, artwork files, and any messages you send us.
- Configuration data: when you use the catalog configurator, your selections (product, color, decoration, quantity, brand text) are stored locally in your browser and may be included in any quote request you submit.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) logs technical request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance purposes.
- Quote request checks: when you submit a quote request, we record the IP address it came from, the approximate location that IP address suggests (city, region and country, not your precise location), your browser and device type, and how you arrived at our site (the referring site and the first page you visited). We use this to confirm requests are genuine and to prevent fraud.
- Address verification: the shipping address you enter is checked with Google's Address Validation service so we can confirm it is deliverable and quote shipping accurately. Google receives the address only, not your name, email or phone number.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location). It sets cookies, and IP addresses are anonymized.
- Error monitoring: when the site hits an error, Sentry records technical details so we can fix it, including a replay of that page with all text and images hidden.
- Uploaded artwork: we check files you upload for security. Images are rebuilt to remove hidden data (such as location or camera details), and the original is kept privately. Files that look unsafe are removed and not used.
- No advertising cookies. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell your data.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- To confirm quote requests are genuine and to prevent fraud.
- To produce and deliver your order.
- To follow up post-delivery (typically once at 30 days, optional opt-out).
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, etc.).
4. Who we share it with
We share artwork and order specifications with our production vendors strictly to fulfill your order. Our vendor agreements prohibit reuse of customer artwork for any other purpose. We send the shipping address you enter to Google solely to verify it (see section 2). We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Service providers run parts of our service for us and process data only to do so: Netlify (website hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Google (address validation and site analytics), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (card payments) and Sentry (error monitoring).
5. How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Artwork files are retained for two years post-delivery unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email sales@lowmoq.shop with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (TLS, access controls, defense-in-depth headers including CSP and HSTS) to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any breach as required by applicable law.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be communicated to active customers in writing.
