Why this matters for hospital merch

Hospital systems run merch programs separately from clinical procurement. The merch typically supports staff appreciation weeks, awareness-month campaigns (e.g., breast cancer awareness, mental health month, healthcare worker appreciation), foundation fundraising walks, and patient-comfort gift programs. The low-MOQ floor fits these specific-program runs cleanly without forcing the foundation or HR team to commit to bulk-order quantities.

What we run

Staff appreciation and team building

Appreciation-week tees and hoodies, departmental team capsules, recognition gifts. Production cycle that fits a planned appreciation week without rushing.

Awareness campaigns and fundraising

Awareness-month capsule pieces, fundraising-walk tees, branded merch for community-health events. Run as tight, dated capsules tied to the campaign window.

The brand-stack finish

Every order ships with the same four-touchpoint private-label treatment — branded neck label, care/side label, decoration matched to the fabric, and packaging that does some work in the unboxing. Read the longer explanation on what private-label means or how the neck-label options work.

Common questions

What's the minimum order for hospital merch?

Low minimums per style and color. For an awareness-month campaign with men's and women's cuts of the same tee in two colors, that's four SKUs and 160 pieces.

Can the foundation order through us directly without going through hospital procurement?

Yes — many of our hospital-system orders come through the foundation or HR rather than clinical procurement, because the merch is funded out of foundation, marketing, or staff-engagement budgets rather than the clinical supply line. Net-30 invoicing is available on request.

Are there restrictions on what we can put on awareness apparel?

Per our acceptable-use policy, we don't produce artwork that makes specific medical claims about prevention or cure of disease. Awareness messaging (ribbon iconography, supportive language, 'in honor of' programs) is welcome. If you're unsure whether a specific design crosses the line, sales will flag it on the quote.

Standard lead time for an awareness-month campaign?

3–5 weeks from artwork approval to delivery. For a campaign launching on a specific awareness-month date, plan to lock artwork at least 6 weeks before the launch — that gives buffer for proof rounds plus standard production.
