Why this matters for clinic merch

Clinic merch has different jobs depending on whether the patient is wearing it or the staff is. Staff-facing apparel needs to look professional and survive a clinic shift; patient-facing apparel needs to be comfortable and brand-friendly. We don't produce scrubs (those are a separate medical-textile supply category), but we do produce the brand-identity layer that sits on top.

What we run

Staff identity layer

Embroidered polos, fleece vests, and lab-coat-friendly layering pieces. Branded with the practice name and the staff member's role or specialty when useful.

Patient-facing and event merch

Awareness-event tees, fundraising-walk capsules, dental-checkup giveaway tees, vet-clinic puppy-class tees and totes. Goods that pair with the practice's community outreach.

The brand-stack finish

Every order ships with the same four-touchpoint private-label treatment — branded neck label, care/side label, decoration matched to the fabric, and packaging that does some work in the unboxing. Read the longer explanation on what private-label means or how the neck-label options work.

Common questions

What's the minimum order for clinic merch?

Low minimums per style and color. A common pattern: 40 embroidered polos for the staff (sized to the team), 40 awareness tees for the next community event.

Do you produce scrubs?

No — scrubs are a specialised medical-textile supply category with different fabric specs and certifications. We produce the brand-identity layer (polos, fleeces, jackets, bags, event tees) that sits on top of the scrub uniform. We can recommend scrub suppliers if you ask.

Can the staff polo include the staff member's name?

Yes — name embroidery on the chest or sleeve is a common request. Each named piece is technically its own SKU; for small staff runs, name embroidery adds a small per-piece surcharge but doesn't change the low-minimum run-level minimum (the run can be 40 unique-name polos as long as they're the same blank and color).

Are there restrictions on what we can put on awareness merch?

Per our acceptable-use policy, we don't produce artwork that makes specific medical claims (e.g., 'cures X', 'prevents Y'). Awareness messaging, ribbons for cause campaigns, and patient-friendly design language are all welcome. If you're unsure whether a specific design crosses the line, sales will flag it on the quote.
