For conferences, festivals, weddings, and corporate event organizers
Event merch — conferences, festivals, weddings, corporate activations.
Branded staff and crew apparel, attendee giveaway tees and hats, dated event-keepsake capsules, and sponsor-activation merch. Private-label finished, low minimum, rush options available.
Why this matters for event merch
Event merch has an unusual constraint: the goods have to land before the event date or they're worthless. The 3–5 week standard production cycle works as long as you plan ahead; rush options exist for tighter timelines. The brand-stack finishing matters because the goods become keepsakes — the festival tee from a great year stays in someone's drawer for a decade.
What we run
Crew, staff, and volunteer apparel
Tees and hats for event staff and volunteers. Branded so the team is visible at the event, sized for a long working shift on-site.
Attendee keepsakes and sponsor activations
Dated capsule tees, hats, and bags handed to attendees or sold at on-site retail. Sponsor-co-branded merch for activation booths.

The brand-stack finish
Every order ships with the same four-touchpoint private-label treatment — branded neck label, care/side label, decoration matched to the fabric, and packaging that does some work in the unboxing. Read the longer explanation on what private-label means or how the neck-label options work.
Common questions
What's the minimum order for event merch?
Low minimums per style and color. For a large event with men's/women's cuts, two colors, and both crew and attendee versions, the SKU count climbs quickly — sales will model the right SKU breakdown once you describe the event.
How early do we need to lock artwork before the event?
Lock artwork at least 6 weeks before the in-hand date for standard production. For tighter windows, rush options are available case-by-case (typically 20% surcharge) — but the safer pattern is to start the production cycle right after the event's marketing creative is approved.
Can we drop-ship event merch directly to the venue?
Yes — direct-to-venue shipping is the standard for most event customers. Sales will need the venue's shipping address and the date the venue will accept delivery. We typically ship to land 3–5 days ahead of the event so there's slack for any address-line corrections.
What about co-branded sponsor activations?
Co-branded merch (event mark plus sponsor mark) is common. Each sponsor's contribution to the merch budget can fund a separate SKU run — same blank, sponsor mark added to one position. You're responsible for sponsor sign-off on the artwork; we produce to spec.
