For coworking spaces, shared offices, accelerator hubs, and innovation centers
Coworking space merch — member kits, staff apparel, event capsules.
Branded new-member welcome kits, staff polos, event-day capsules for member events, and retail merch for the coffee bar. Private-label finished, low minimum.
Why this matters for coworking merch
Coworking spaces have a built-in merch flywheel — every new member is a marketing surface, and the space is competing with WeWork's brand recognition with its own identity. Welcome kits make the membership feel like joining something rather than renting a desk. Staff apparel and member-event capsules keep the brand visible inside the space.
What we run
New-member welcome kits

The brand-stack finish
Every order ships with the same four-touchpoint private-label treatment — branded neck label, care/side label, decoration matched to the fabric, and packaging that does some work in the unboxing. Read the longer explanation on what private-label means or how the neck-label options work.
Common questions
What's the minimum order for coworking merch?
Low minimums per style and color. A common welcome-kit production run: 40 tees, 40 totes, 40 dad hats — 120 pieces, three SKUs, packed and shipped together.
Can we order welcome kit components together and assemble them in-house?
Yes — most coworking customers order the components separately and assemble the kit on-site (so the kit can include pieces beyond what we produce, like a notebook, mug, or local product). We can also pre-pack the apparel components into folded sets if you want to skip the in-house assembly.
How frequently can we run new capsules?
As often as you have an event or campaign worth marking. Our 3–5 week production cycle means a quarterly capsule program is the smoothest cadence; monthly is possible but you'll want to plan artwork well in advance.
What's the right size for a member-event capsule?
Low minimums if the event is medium-sized (50–100 attendees, with the merch as a giveaway). 80 pieces for larger events (200+ attendees) where you want to make sure attendees in the back row don't miss out. Sales can model the sizing once you tell them the event scale.
