For boutique hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, and short-term rental brands
Hotel and hospitality group merch — staff, amenities, and retail.
Branded staff polos and uniforms, in-room amenity gifts, retail merch for the lobby shop, and event-day apparel for hospitality teams. Private-label finished, low minimum.
Why this matters for hotel merch
Hospitality merch lives at the intersection of staff identity and guest experience. The staff polo or jacket the guest interacts with sets the tone for the whole property; the in-room or lobby gift the guest takes home extends the brand into their daily life after the stay. Both have to feel like the property's brand, not generic uniform supply.
What we run
Staff identity across departments
Front desk polos, housekeeping pieces, F&B uniforms, valet jackets. Same brand identity carried across departments so the guest reads the property as one consistent brand.
In-room amenity gifts and lobby retail
Branded tees, hats, and totes that go in the welcome amenity or sit on the lobby shop shelf. Goods that read as gift-worthy because the guest is paying for an experience.

The brand-stack finish
Every order ships with the same four-touchpoint private-label treatment — branded neck label, care/side label, decoration matched to the fabric, and packaging that does some work in the unboxing. Read the longer explanation on what private-label means or how the neck-label options work.
Common questions
What's the minimum order for hotel merch?
Low minimums per style and color. For a property running multiple staff uniform layers (front desk polo, housekeeping tee, F&B polo), each fabric/cut/color combination is its own SKU.
Can different departments have different colors of the same polo?
Yes — a common pattern is one polo blank in three colors, one per department, with the property logo in the same chest position across all three. Each color is a separate SKU at our low-MOQ floor.
Do you do amenity packaging (welcome gift bags, in-room gift cards, etc.)?
We focus on apparel, hats, and bags. The packaging that ships with the apparel orders (sticker seals, folded presentation, hangtags) carries the brand. For dedicated amenity packaging programs, we're not the right shop alone — we partner well alongside an amenity supplier.
What's the right closing-gift item for guests at checkout?
A branded tote with a thoughtful pack-in (a local product, a small mat, a candle) is the most-used pattern for our hotel customers. The tote keeps showing up in the guest's life for months; the pack-in makes the gift feel personal.
