Why this matters for gym merch

Fitness brands have an unfair advantage in merch — members wear the gear in their daily life, which means every piece does double duty as advertising. The catch is that the goods have to actually feel good (technical fabrics for performance, soft fleece for athleisure, real fit for women's cuts) or members won't reach for them.

What we run

Member welcome kits and capsule retail

Tees, hoodies, tanks, and hats for new-member onboarding kits and the small retail wall by the front desk. Heavier weights for the brand-loyalist staples; performance fabrics for the workout pieces.

Staff and trainer apparel

Polos, tees, and tanks for trainers and front-of-house staff. Same brand identity as retail so the visual through-line is consistent on the floor.

The brand-stack finish

Every order ships with the same four-touchpoint private-label treatment — branded neck label, care/side label, decoration matched to the fabric, and packaging that does some work in the unboxing. Read the longer explanation on what private-label means or how the neck-label options work.

Common questions

What's the minimum order for gym merch?

Low minimums per style and color. Common starter capsule: 40 unisex tees, 40 women's-cut tees, 40 dad hats — 120 pieces, three SKUs, one design.

Can you do performance fabric for workout-specific pieces?

Yes — moisture-wicking polyester and poly-cotton blends for tank tops, tees, and lightweight shorts. DTF prints best on synthetics; we don't recommend screen print on performance fabric because the ink doesn't bond as durably.

Men's and women's cuts of the same shirt?

Standard for our tees, polos, jackets, and tanks. Same fabric, same color, sized and proportioned for the cut. Each cut counts as its own SKU against our low-MOQ floor.

How does this compare to ordering from a fitness apparel POD?

POD is fast and has no minimum, but the goods are someone else's stock blank with a logo on top. For a member welcome kit or retail capsule that needs to feel like the gym's product, private-label finishing — your neck label, your packaging, your fabric weight — is what makes the difference. Read the longer breakdown on our private-label page.
