Common questions
What's the minimum order for restaurant staff polos?
Low minimums per style and color. A common front-of-house run is a small batch of men's plus an equal batch of women's of the same polo blank — with embroidered chest marks. Sales-tier polos in additional colors push the count up.
Can the staff uniform polo and the retail merch tee be in the same order?
Yes. We commonly run mixed batches — staff polos in the brand colors plus a retail tee for the front counter. The MOQ applies per SKU, not per order, so each style/color pair needs to hit its own low-MOQ floor.
Do you do aprons?
Cross-body and waist aprons are available on request as part of a larger order. We don't list them in the main catalog but can source the right blank and decorate it to match the rest of the run. Ask sales when you submit the quote.
Standard lead time?
3–5 weeks from artwork approval to delivery, depending on quantity, decoration complexity, and current factory load. Rush options are available case-by-case — flag your in-hand date in the quote request and sales will tell you what's possible.
What about sample shifts before committing the staff order?
Pre-production samples are available — usually one piece per blank/color combination so you can verify fit on the actual staff and see the embroidery placement on a real garment. Sample cost gets added to the quote and is recovered when the full order ships.
