Low minimums per style and color. The right pattern is to run 40 of a single thoughtful design, store the inventory, and pull pieces from it across a quarter or year as gift moments arise.

What's the right per-gift budget for a thoughtful client gift?

Most successful client-gift programs we see land at $40–$80 per gift, including a branded apparel piece (typically a heavyweight tee or hoodie) plus a thoughtful pack-in (a small product, a book, a local item). The branded piece carries the relationship for years; the pack-in makes the gift feel personal to the recipient.

Can we drop-ship gifts directly to client addresses?

Bulk fulfilment to one address is the standard. Per-recipient drop-shipping is technically possible but adds significant per-shipment cost — we usually recommend bulk delivery to the org and then internal hand-fulfilment, unless the recipient count is small or the program demands direct shipment.

What's the right artwork for a client-gift piece?
