custom-long-sleeves
Custom long sleeve shirts, private-label finished, low minimum.
Heavyweight ringspun long-sleeve blanks with your neck and care labels in place of the factory tag — screen print, DTF, or embroidery, including sleeve hits. At low minimums per style and color.
What we offer
A long sleeve is not a t-shirt with extra fabric. The sleeve is a second canvas, and the pieces that read as retail use it — a repeated wordmark down the forearm, a small hit at the cuff. That is also where cheap production shows: a blank with thin sleeves twists after a wash and the sleeve print bends with it. We pick heavyweight ringspun blanks with set sleeves that hold their shape, then decorate front, back and sleeve in one run.
Decoration we recommend
Screen print is the workhorse — high contrast and durable on cotton, and the right choice for repeated sleeve text. DTF handles photographic and gradient art the screen cannot. Embroidery for a chest or cuff mark that needs dimension. Sleeve placements are quoted as additional print locations, so a front-plus-both-sleeves design is three locations on one garment.
Blanks and fabric
Heavyweight ringspun cotton, set-in sleeves, retail-grade construction. Men's and women's cuts available.
The brand stack
Every order includes the same four-touchpoint private-label finish, even at our low-MOQ floor.
Neck label
Printed neck mark, sewn woven label, or satin loop label — your brand replaces the factory tag.
Care / side label
Fiber, origin, care, and size in a layout that doesn't break the brand finish.
Exterior detail
Decoration matched to the fabric — embroidery, print, woven patch, or appliqué.
Packaging
Sticker seals, insert cards, hangtags. The unboxing reads like the brand made it.
Common questions
What's the minimum order for custom long sleeve shirts?
From 30 pieces per style and color, the same as our tees. A long sleeve in two colors is two SKUs.
Can you print down the sleeve?
Yes. Sleeve hits are quoted as additional print locations rather than a surcharge on the garment — so a front print plus both sleeves is three locations. Tell us the placement and we will confirm the technique that holds up best on that seam.
Should I order long sleeves or tees for a fall run?
Long sleeves carry a higher perceived value and sell through better from September onward, which matters if the run is merch you intend to sell rather than give away. If the pieces are for a warm-weather event or a uniform layer worn under something else, tees are the better spend.
