What we offer

Polos are the staff-uniform workhorse. The brand mark sits over the heart in 90% of layouts, which means embroidery quality is doing most of the work. We digitise the artwork specifically for polo fabric (different underlay than fleece, tighter stitch density than tee jersey) so the chest hit reads clean from across a room.

Decoration we recommend

Embroidered left-chest is the standard polo treatment. Screen print for larger back graphics or retail-leaning capsules. DTF when the design needs photographic detail. Sleeve embroidery and back-collar marks add brand-system depth without crowding the chest hit.

Blanks and fabric

Pique cotton (classic), jersey cotton (softer hand), performance blends (moisture-wicking). Men's and women's cuts.

The brand stack

Every order includes the same four-touchpoint private-label finish, even at our low-MOQ floor.

Neck label

Printed neck mark, sewn woven label, or satin loop label — your brand replaces the factory tag.

Care / side label

Fiber, origin, care, and size in a layout that doesn't break the brand finish.

Exterior detail

Decoration matched to the fabric — embroidery, print, woven patch, or appliqué.

Packaging

Sticker seals, insert cards, hangtags. The unboxing reads like the brand made it.

Common questions

What's the minimum order for custom polos?

Low minimums per style and color. Common patterns: 40 men's + 40 women's of the same blank for a uniform run.

Can you do contrast button placket or sleeve color blocking?

Yes — contrast button plackets are stocked on most polo blanks. Custom color blocking that requires fabric construction (separate sleeve panels in a different color, contrast collar lining) typically pushes the run into a higher-MOQ cut-and-sew job — we'll flag this in the quote if it applies.

What's the right embroidery placement for a polo?

Left chest, two inches down from the bottom of the placket. We can adjust for chest pocket or different brand-mark proportions, but the default placement is what reads most retail.
