Return Policy

Custom-made products

Every LowMOQ order is produced to your specifications after you approve a final mockup. Because each run is made to order, decorated garments cannot be resold, so all sales of customized products are final except as described below.

Our quality promise

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, decoration error, or anything that does not match your approved mockup (wrong garment, size, color, or print placement), we will remake the affected pieces or refund them — your choice. To start a claim, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We respond to claims within 2 business days.

Mockup approval

Nothing enters production until you sign off on the mockup. Approving the mockup confirms the garment, colors, sizes, quantities, and artwork placement. Errors caught after approval that match the approved mockup are not eligible for remake or refund, so please review carefully.

Pre-production samples

Samples are custom-made and non-refundable. No returns or refunds on samples. Sample fees are a separate charge and are not credited toward full production runs.

Blank (undecorated) goods

Undecorated blanks in original, unworn, unwashed condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Cancellations

Cancel any time before mockup approval for a full refund of amounts paid. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because materials and labor are committed.

Shipping damage or loss

Report damage or missing shipments within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier, with photos of the packaging. We will file the carrier claim and replace or refund the affected items.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we have received the items.
