2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, project details, artwork files, and any messages you send us.
- Configuration data: when you use the catalog configurator, your selections (product, color, decoration, quantity, brand text) are stored locally in your browser and may be included in any quote request you submit.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) logs technical request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and performance purposes.
- No cookies for advertising. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell your data.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- To produce and deliver your order.
- To follow up post-delivery (typically once at 30 days, optional opt-out).
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, etc.).
4. Who we share it with
We share artwork and order specifications with our production vendors strictly to fulfill your order. Our vendor agreements prohibit reuse of customer artwork for any other purpose. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Artwork files are retained for two years post-delivery unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your rights

7. Children
